Lingo Harmony is a browser training gym for Spanish listening. You play the stations, your ear gets stronger. We work hard on the material, but we do not promise it is perfect or that the gym is open every minute of every day.
Your account is yours. Use a real email, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if something looks wrong. You can close your card at any time by emailing us and we will delete it.
The gym is free while it is in early training. If paid plans arrive later, we will say so clearly before anyone is charged. Nothing will ever be charged quietly.
The audio, the phrases, the artwork and the games belong to Elastic Harmony LLC. They are here for your personal learning. Please do not copy, republish or resell them.
We provide the gym as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you have paid us for the service. Right now that is zero.
We can close a card that abuses the gym, the material or other members. We will only do that for good reason.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will post the update here and make it easy to notice. The date below always tells you the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Your email address, the display name you choose, and your training progress. Reps, streaks, minutes, level. That is the whole list.
The email and password make your gym card work. The progress numbers exist so your training does not vanish between visits. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.
Accounts and progress are stored with Supabase. The site is served by Vercel and the audio by jsDelivr. Each of them processes data only to run their part of the service.
You get one confirmation email when you join. After that, silencio. No newsletters, no streak guilt trips, no marketing.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your scores. No ad cookies, no trackers, no analytics scripts watching you train.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email us and we will handle it. Closing your card removes your data.
As long as your card is active. Close your card and we delete what we hold, apart from anything the law requires us to keep.
The gym is for people 13 and older. If we learn we hold information about a younger child without a parent's consent, we will delete it.
